• Voice messages
• Files
• Nexus content
• Opportunities
• Applications
• Profile information

By posting content, you grant Ballastra a limited license to host, display, and distribute the content solely for platform functionality.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Jobs
• Internships
• Freelance opportunities
• Partnerships
• Startup recruitment
• Collaborations

Ballastra does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Payment
• Project completion
• Partnership success
• Investment outcomes

Users should perform their own due diligence before entering any agreement.

Voice and video communications must comply with applicable laws. Users may not:

• Record calls without consent
• Harass participants
• Threaten individuals
• Use calls for illegal activity

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Users may not:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Distribute malware
• Spam users
• Send unsolicited advertisements
• Commit fraud
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Circumvent moderation systems

Ballastra may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Security risks
• Illegal conduct
• Repeated abuse

Ballastra provides services "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Ballastra is not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Opportunity disputes
• Hiring decisions
• Business losses
• User-generated content
