Delete your Ballastra account

Follow these steps inside the Ballastra app:

• Open Ballastra and sign in to your account.
• Open Settings.
• Open Account.
• Scroll to the Danger zone section.
• Select Delete account.
• Follow the confirmation steps shown by Ballastra.

Deleting your account is intended to permanently remove your account and the associated user data that Ballastra is able to delete through its account-deletion process. Deleted account data is purged within 30 days of the deletion request.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will need to create a new account to use Ballastra again.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, or where necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes. Any applicable retention is handled according to Ballastra’s Privacy Policy.
